Round commentary on present and future economical issues concerning Portugal and the EU

Unemployment rate in Portugal is good, but due to what I think is an excessive time people waste atending tv,  specially at lunch time, say 2h, I am a bit for emmigration in Portugal and in EU, it will allow concorrence on the labour market, higher levels of produtivity, that can perform a better economy in order not to continue to make debt, that has to be paid someday and keeps pushing inflation and  that can really ruin economy.
What do portuguese and worldwide economists think about a 15%  bank ratio between credits and deposits?
I will not comment this latest gates linked somehow with irrealistic politicians, and personally what I think what has to be done with people who perform public jobs is to limit to 8 year the time they can remain in power.
I just read the title of an opinion of mr. Francisco Louçã on expresso online, and he was bringing underlines the link between British airways and Iberia, do not people from London fly to Portugal? To Lisbon, to Oporto, to the Algarve, does not Ryanair do the same, are we used to tourists from elsewhere?
With trains I keep praising mr. Sócrates wise policies, both his wise energy policy, and at this point, the wise policy of mr. Costa towards energy, namely the link with Algerian gas, and  our prime minister should do the same as was intended wisely by mr. Sócrates that is a costless railway through Alentejo, namely Évora and Badajoz, build a less expensive bridge over river Tejo instead of the proposed very very very expensive bridge  that would link Oporto and Gaia.
It will reduce costs of our railway system, even fix some of these ancient lines both for tourism and to be used by older persons as well in Alentejo as in other parts of the country that would simply value the price of housing, soil and would  increase our links to Spain instead of doing exactky the opposite, making debt that someday could cost even our independence our worse.
The major losses in our state budget are linked to the railway transport system, to the  airways, and to ordinary people from the interior of Portugal, namely old people that spend a lot of time feeding television, instead of having ways to win some money like in the coast. That costs a lot in debt that someday will be refleted in this old and not so old people from the interior as well as the people who work and profit in the coast, or not.
The entire budget of the wellfare state linked to pensionists is the same amount we shall pay for interests linked to the portuguese public that, not to mention private debt.
Other thing that I just read on espresso online is that housing prices raised 40% on the 3 latest years.
How can we sustain our economy in a near future?
To talk about costs, the huge Lezírias bridge costed 100 million euro, the new bridge that links Oporto and Gaia, that was to be built on the place where I conceived and designed an youth hostel, when I was at 1st year at FAUP, is now intended to host a bridge that cost 4500 million euro, about 45 times more than that huge Lezirias bridge, that somehow the government of mr. Sócrates did.
The rest is linked to the airways. 2 or 3 airports could be build at the cost of 25 million euro, I even could design one of those for Montereal or Viseu. Beja has its airport. No problem also with ports, I think.
The cost for instance of Oporto's airport requalification works was 500 million euro.
Politicians should do policies atending to a relation  between costs and profits.
