To see or not to see

This is a blind date.
People can no longer see absolutly nothing, as I do, besides perhaps on Youtube.
Cinema on tv...
Cannes was the meca of cinema, "La berlinale" showed movies from allover, worldcinema. Venice, I just do not comment.
In the US as in europe in generall people are no longer gathering besides american apps. Content for television is now linked to "La HBO and Netflix". The rest is what I referred yesterday, the films of Edgar Pêra, Pedro Costa and first Miguel Gomes who are caracterizing this pitoresque landscape of the so called "tv reality", that I could not escape myself.
In a way as I did 13 years ago, not in the mood for 1h30m long film in a daily basis, but short films are easy to watch, so that is what I'm trying to do daily.
For cinema directors allover, people who are in the schools of cinema of not, people from around the globe, I would like to see 15m to 30m short film, on the internet, to aknowledge people, arts, politics, sociology,  etc, from everywhere on Earth.
Of course everybody would like to see a short from Wim Wenders, Lars von Trier, Quentin Tarantino, etc, etc, etc. Youtube is doing this already either for cinema as for music. My point is all of them could use a smartphone and do what really they want, as David Lynch did with Inland Empire a decade or more ago.
Through this app. I get to know "Memorable?" a portuguese film database, it was not still functioning well, if someone wish to share any other apps or database where people can find other content besides what is on television and mainly on Youtube in the internet, please share.
It is what is happening with architecture and the app. Instagram and the brasilian site archdaily that are more important now  than the Mies van der Rohe prize competition was some years ago.
What I keep blaming is this audiovisual-political content gather linked to this southamericanway pitoresque mixture of tv content that is mining cinema as well as politics, in Portugal as in the US. A spanish speaking tv broadcaster is now the most watched tv in the US.
Please let me know if there is any film that is exoressing this besides what I can describe as a portuguese history researcher, something like mudejar and moçarabe linked to what is happening in the south of the US, either by the cinema prized in Venice from mexican directors as Alfonso Quaron, Iñarritu, or Robert Rodriguez linked to Quentin Tarantino himself.
One of the major polemics in the US was the building of the wall in the southborder with Mexico. Either president Trump or president Biden have their roots in Ireland and it is interesting now how spanish speaking migrants are now changing US landscape.
On the other side I would like to see more cinema or shortfilm from other parts of the world, using different languages, what is not easy to find on Youtube, but not impossible. In a way technic isolate, eachday we tend to be more isolated either  using a computer, a smartphone or even watching tv.
But on the other hand, people could travel cheaper, profit from tourism, what do we want now, to stay home watching and working or move a bit?
