Oficio CMM - Solar dos Albuquerques

A Depois de um ofício da Câmara Municipal de Mangualde da passada seta-feira que me parece descabido e absurdo, onde depois de ter feito um pedido de apoio técnico quer à C.M.M. quer à Direção Geral de Cultura do Centro, vi rejeitado, desprezado e ignorado esse pedido, pelo que voltei a fazer o mesmo pedido à C.M.M. que se excusou num decreto-lei que em resumo diz que um ofício de um organismo público só pode ser objeto de contestação ou revogação, 2 anos depois da emissão do mesmo. Como o que pretendia era muito simplesmente realizar um conjunto de trabalhos no Solar dos Albuquerques em Mangualde no espírito de comunicação prévia, sendo essa uma condicionante a par do orçamento disponível bem como os dados técnicos e culturais indispensáveis à formalização de uma proposta que os sintetizasse, venho expor publicamente e criticar cultural e politicamente a decisão da autarquia de Mangualde e a falta de apoio técnico da DGCC e da arquiteta Cátia Cunha, agindo mesmo em sentido inverso. START POINT OF THE UNIVERSE

Back to basis, I have no doubt that absolute darkness was the start point of light, and the Universe as we know it. What science has to find is time development. With C14 we can not say that Earth began 4000 million years ago. So we'll have to find out how to search. From the sun, the earth, the solar system, to the center of the Earth. Temos de criar condições para todos vivermos melhor, trabalharmos mais, lucrarmos mais, produzirmos mais, quer sejamos mais novos ou mais velhos, mais ricos ou mais pobres, independentemente da escolaridade e dos locais onde vivamos.   Ou simplesmente continuarmos como estamos ou ter outras opções e visões de vida. tv reality and cinema

This is a blind date. People can no longer see absolutly nothing, as I do, besides perhaps on Youtube. Cinema on tv... Cannes was the meca of cinema, "La berlinale" showed movies from allover, worldcinema. Venice, I just do not comment. In the US as in europe in generall people are no longer gathering besides american apps. Content for television is now linked to "La HBO and Netflix". The rest is what I referred yesterday, the films of Edgar Pêra, Pedro Costa and first Miguel Gomes who are caracterizing this pitoresque landscape of the so called "tv reality", that I could not escape myself. In a way as I did 13 years ago, not in the mood for 1h30m long film in a daily basis, but short films are easy to watch, so that is what I'm trying to do daily. For cinema directors allover, people who are in the schools of cinema of not, people from around the globe, I would like to see 15m to 30m short film, on the internet, to aknowledge people, arts, politics, s...

Econony and territory

Unemployment rate in Portugal is good, but due to what I think is an excessive time people waste atending tv,  specially at lunch time, say 2h, I am a bit for emmigration in Portugal and in EU, it will allow concorrence on the labour market, higher levels of produtivity, that can perform a better economy in order not to continue to make debt, that has to be paid someday and keeps pushing inflation and  that can really ruin economy.  What do portuguese and worldwide economists think about a 15%  bank ratio between credits and deposits? I will not comment this latest gates linked somehow with irrealistic politicians, and personally what I think what has to be done with people who perform public jobs is to limit to 8 year the time they can remain in power. I just read the title of an opinion of mr. Francisco Louçã on expresso online, and he was bringing underlines the link between British airways and Iberia, do not people from London fly to Portugal? To Lisbon, to Oport...

To see or not to see

Round commentary on present and future economical issues concerning Portugal and the EU
